Philippe MENANTEAU has been doing research at IEPE since 1993. He is graduate from the Ecole Supérieure des Travaux Publics (1981) and he has a PhD from the Institut National des Sciences et Techniques Nucléaires (1987)

His research is focused on the analysis of technological change in the energy sector and particularly on the impact of policy instruments aimed at stimulating the creation and the diffusion of new energy technologies that are compatible with sustainable development.
